We needed someone that really listened to our needs, knew the area well and would be willing to preview homes for us as we would not be able to see it in person until we moved in. We spoke to other agents but they were more interested in sending us a high quantity of listing rather than selecting those that really met our criteria. Judy really took into count our preferences when sending us listings. She gave us wonderful advise about the various locations and went out of her way to preview many properties on our behalf. She gave us her honest feedback on each one. We really felt she was looking out for our best interest. It was intimidating buying a home sight unseen but we trusted Judy's advise.
