Julie Anderson was a pleasure to work with. She is professional and chose a professional photographer and posted pictures quickly. She used the realtor signage so smartly including coming soon, taking back ups, under contract, sold and my personal favorite honey stop the car. She was professional working with the other agent and she is level headed and negotiated well for me. She sold my house in 3 days and I would highly recommend her.

Julie Anderson held an open house the weekend after our house went on the market. We had multiple offers right after open house, so it was sold 2 days after it went on the market. The selling experience went well. Julie helped negotiate a lease back since we hadn't yet found the house we were buying.

Julie Anderson was wonderful to deal with! She went out of her way to accommodate us, though we were not in the same time zone when we began our communication. She acted as our trusted eyes and ears to the ground until we arrived in the local area. Upon our arrival, she welcomed us with warmth, friendship and laughter. She took time to show us around the local area and acquaint us with not only our local community, but the larger city as well. Julie has been truly supportive throughout our buying experience-- from initial contact until now (following our home purchase).

We selected Julie out of a group of two other agents referred by family and friends and she was the most responsive and pro-active by far. Julie helped us find a rental before we found our home to purchase and we just really enjoyed working with her every step of the way. She is a wonderful asset to your team.
