Julie Anderson was amazing and professional throughout the entire process. She was extremely knowledgeable about the industry and the area, and never hesitated to answer any question we may have had. She was very personable, friendly, and easy to get along with and made herself available any time we needed her. There was absolutely no stress and everything went smoothly, and when things didn't go as smoothly as she thought they should, she made us feel comfortable about the situation. She went above and beyond helping us through, and after, the process and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

We have known and been friends with Julie B Anderson for about 5 years and had previously been very impressed by her energy and passion for her job. When it came time for us to list our property, there was no question who we would use as our Agent! Julie B is very knowledgeable in her field and it showed from the beginning of our process but more important to us, Julie B kept our best interests top priority at all times! Honey stop the car!...We found the best realtor for our family in Julie B. Anderson. Having Julie live in the neighborhood was very beneficial not only in terms of convenience; her knowledge base of the community and school was crucial for our buyers. After having lived in our home for nearly 13 years Julie was very sensitive to the emotional component that was a big part of selling our home. Julie was very patient and available to our family when ever a question or concern arouse. Julie did an outstanding job keeping our family informed along the way by providing updates on the progress of our closing. Julie did not hesitate to inform us of an issue that came up just before closing. Our family felt confident that Julie would do her best to ensure a timely closing. True to our belief Julie worked closely with the title company and buyers agent, was able to resolve the issue and we closed on time. True story and a happy ending for our family or should I say beginning!

Julie was amazing. She was so helpful and understanding of the emotional attachment to the house as well. She was willing to help us in anything we needed including moving left over furniture left in the house. We will definitely be using her in buying our new home.
