Seller reviewKaren Chavez is extremely polite and professional. Would always update me on everything via e-mail and/or text. I am honestly not a person who looks at my personal e-mail everyday, so Karen would text me to check my e-mail for correspondence from the buyers/buyers agent and/or title company. I really have no idea what needed to be done and when it needed to be done, and I honestly needed a lot of hand holding with the sale of my home. Karen is so patient and understanding. Even if I became frustrated, she did not. She calmed me down and explained the steps so professionally and with a sincere soft voice, that I completely trusted her. Of course, being able to trust someone is a key component in any personal and business relationship. With selling your home it is both personal and business transaction. I trust Karen Chavez both personally and professionally.
