Kathy Landwehr was amazing to work with in selection, process, and procedures. We were purchasing a secondary home from our primary home in Arizona. Kathy went above and beyond by helping us to "see" the property (FaceTime) and send pictures. Part of the time of the purchase process, I was in South Africa. Kathy went above and beyond the call of duty to coordinate with inspection, bank, and negotiating for the most optimum deal we could get. Kathy is thorough and professional.
