Kathy was such a joy to work with - she literally has become family to us! We have been looking for a home for a long time and each time it hasn't quite worked out. She not only stuck with us, but was always "on the job" and wouldn't stop until we found the perfect home for us. She is an amazing person and it shines through in her work! Always a step ahead of us and organized - which is extremely important to me. This whole process was smooth and enjoyable - and it was a long process! She was so very patient with us and our needs and was the perfect one for us to work with.

From the moment I saw Kathy bounce out of her car at the first house we toured I knew she had the energy we needed to get my daughter into the right house! She came racing towards me with a big smile and shook my hand - I knew she was really glad to meet me and start working on the "project"- she was knowledgeable about the area, hung on there with me when we were getting frustrated- never without a genuine smile for us when we would get together! Like I said before, I have worked with several agents in the past and Kathy Landwehr was and is the best and I would call her in a second if I needed her again. I will also spread the word about her and hand out her card- from the showings to the closing - she was always there for us morning, noon and night whenever we had a question or problem- we knew we could count on her for anything!! I really appreciated her backing me up and being there for me and with me with dealing with repair guys! She gave me some great ideas too! She really cares about the whole process-

Kathy Landwehr was very patient and creative as we altered our search criteria and held very firm in our first attempted negotiation. She quickly and cheerfully pivoted to continuing the search with us resulting in a purchase of our ideal home. She managed a multitude of inquiries and details, working well with a long distance negotiation and purchase. Kathy always had several local recommendations for us for any services needed. What perhaps impresses us the most is Kathy's attention to us following the purchase. She checks in regularly, and continues to work hard to secure summer rentals since we purchased close to the season. We think this continuing attention and relationship following the sale is a great measure of Kathy's professionalism, personalized service and integrity.
