As a lifelong resident of the area, I am sensitive to the needs of sellers and buyers. Along with raising four daughters, I have worked in the Murphysboro School district for 26 years which has allowed me to better understand the families of our community. Seller reviewWe chose Kathy Riggio because she knew our area well, had sold many homes in our area and was very polite and knowledgeable. Because we had moved out of state, Kathy kept us up to date on things going on with the sale of our home as well as the condition and care of the property as time went on. She made it possible for us not to have to make costly trips back to IL in order to sell our home. We will highly recommend Kathy Riggio to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property in the future. She immediately had agents and prospective buyers coming through our home. It still took a little time with the rough market, but she constantly tried new strategies until she sold our house!

No, she is 'bona fide', to quote Helen Hunt in "O Brother, Where Art Thou". Kathy is a magnetic, warm person who I strongly believe cares about the happiness of the people she meets rather than viewing them as customers, or mere clients.
