As a lifelong resident of the area, I am sensitive to the needs of sellers and buyers. Along with raising four daughters, I have worked in the Murphysboro School district for 26 years which has allowed me to better understand the families of our community. Seller reviewKathy was very helpful during sell. She basically did it all including getting rid of a large amount trash. I never had to go to the property during whole process including closing. This was a relief of a huge amount of stress at the time because I lived 7 hours away from property. Basically listed property and got check in mailbox, it doesn't get much better than that.
