I met Keith Allen approximately 20 years ago when he was the listing broker for a house for sale on our street. Although at that time we had no thoughts of selling our house I took note of his diligence in handling his listing. Through conversations with Keith it was obvious that he had tremendous knowledge of the real estate market in the Keys. When the time came to liquidate our residence and two additional spare lots in the Keys there was no doubt in our mind who our realtor would be.. Keith did not disappoint us in any way. There was never a time when he was not available for our calls whether it was during normal business hours or not. If you are thinking about buying or selling property in the Keys we would highly recommend you put Keith Allen on your short list of realtors to consider.
