I met Keith Allen in 1998 when we selected him as our realtor based on his ad. We figured that anyone who would go to the extent of standing on a rock in the ocean to hold a yard sign would also go the extra mile to find us the right house. I have now bought 4 properties through Keith. There is no one else I would trust with such complex and delicate negotiations. Keith's expertise and ethics makes him stand above the fray. This is my second realestate transaction with Keith and in my opinion, Keith Allen is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He is a very thorough professional who has incredible attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and is extremely kind and personable. I feel Keith was at a disadvantage, initally, because he undertook the sale and marketing of my house while it was still under construction. During that time, he never waivered and always worked tirelessly. Once the home was completed Keith had and offer within a few months. Keith was a pleasure to work with! Easy to talk to, a good listener, easy to contact, and always prompt at returning my calls or answering my questions. Best of all, Keith is a Realtor who makes it his job to help you meet YOUR GOALS rather than his own! I would highly recommend him to anyone, and it was a real pleasure working with him.
