We worked with Kenna Felio on three occasions now- we bought our first home with her, sold that home, and she helped us buy our new, forever home. She was referred to us by family, and I am so thankful we chose to work with her! Buying our first house was a long, tedious process. We had gone through three other realtors before finding Kenna. She was patient, listened to our wants and needs, explained all of the processes we were going through, and kept us on track through it all. At the end of last year when we decided to sell our first home to move into a bigger house that we could grow into, we had no doubt that we wanted Kenna to be our agent for both selling and buying. She was quick to get all of the information from us and get our house listed, and was on top of it when it came to finding our next home. It was a process, but she was always so optimistic, and HONEST. We hit a few bumps in the road with finding our forever home, and I'm sure delivering some of the bad news to us wasn't easy, but she was always honest and sincere, and was always good about following up hard news with optimism to keep moving forward. We sold our first house, and within a month we were moving into our current home. We are so happy to have gone through Kenna, she advocated for us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. I would recommend her to everyone and anyone!

This was a difficult piece of property to generate interest. Kenna, as always, kept moving forward with it. She was always available to reconsider the price and knowing what was moving in the area. Kenna is untiring in her quest to help you meet your goals in selling. I am 100% happy with her effort.
