The thought of selling our home was very nerve wracking! This was our first time listing a house on the market, and we did not truly understand the process and what to expect. A colleague from work highly recommended Kenna Felio, of Century 21. My wife and I were familiar with Kenna, and both enjoyed her bubbly personality and how easy it was to speak with her. We spoke with Kenna and explained our desires with listing our house; specifically the time frame we were looking for and a potential price point. Kenna scheduled a time to come to our house and complete a walkthrough. She was able to show us comparable houses in our area, and recommended a listing price which my wife and I both felt comfortable with. She also spent time answering our questions, and explaining what to expect moving forward. I was impressed with how informative Kenna was and thought she did an amazing job educating us and explaining each step during the sale of our home. Our house was listed on a Thursday morning, and within a few hours Kenna called to inform us off several showings already being requested. She confirmed what times worked for us and scheduled showings around our availability. Within the first two days of showings we had three offers to choose from, and ended up having our house under contract within the first four days. From there, Kenna kept us apprised following the home inspection and any contact she had with the potential buyer's agent. We were able close on our house five weeks after it had been listed. The entire process could not have went any smoother for a family that in the beginning was nervous about selling their home. When it came to moving, Century 21 even had a moving van that we were able to utilize for free. This was very helpful and helped expedite the moving process. We have no reservations with recommending Kenna Felio as a realtor!
