Seller reviewKerri was very patient with issues that came up with the probate of the property. We were very pleased with her. We enjoyed working with her and glad we picked her as our agent. She went above and beyond to help us anything I had questions about she knew the answers and if she didnt she would find out and get back to me right away. She treated us like we were her most important client. But she also made me feel like we were good friends and I am glad we had the close relationship. We were very pleased with the agency. I have gained a trusted friend in Kerri! Definately would have her as my agent the next time we buy or sell

Seller reviewShe is a person of integrity. Don't lose her! Kerri was very kind and compassionate. She listened to my story and did everything she could to meet my needs. She went beyond what anyone would expect from an agent. I am so thankful she replied to my initial inquiry. She was such a blessing! I was living out of state and Kerri took care of everything. I don't know all of what she did concerning advertising. I just trusted her competence. She communicated with me continually. I was never left in the dark. She had a sales contract almost immediately. The buyer changed their mind at the last minute close to the closing date and broke the contract. Within a couple of days, she had a new contract and that buyer finalized the deal. It was a pleasure working with her. I went with Century 21 because I have bought or sold 3 homes with the help of Century 21. It has always been a good experience, and I will likely do it again.

She was on top of the process of contract and negotitiating and made us feel well informed of the process and what to expect. She was on top of every e-mail and text and quickly resolved our questions rapidly. We appreciated that we felt comfortable knowing she cared about our concerns. When Kerri wasn't sure about a detail she quickly got back to us after consulting her broker staff. This spoke volumes to us in regards that they performed as a team and support to each other which benefitted us the customer! Totally satisfied. It was like old school customer service where your agent was someone you know and trust cuz you are their neighbor. Kerri McKenzie is a diligent person who made our experience a happy and fun purchase. We can't thank her enough.
