Buyer reviewWe worked with Kerri McKenzie. From the first moment we exchanged emails, it felt like we had known her forever and were catching up on old times. She did all the leg work to find out if the property was buildable as well as information regarding permission from Suwannee River Management since the property was in a floodway. Kerri got multiple quotes for surveys and told us about all the up front costs and helped us close a month earlier than expected. We could not be happier with Kerri and with our new property. Kerri is awesome. She made us feel like family and did all the leg work to get our questions answered. She even helped us close a month earlier than expected. If Kerri did not know the answer to one of our questions, she researched until she had an answer. She got us multiple quotes and helped us find the quickest surveyor.
