Kevin Ortega was assigned to me by USAA Real Estate Rewards Network. I was happy with the assignment. Kevin was very involved and hands on. He understood our needs and adapted as we changed them. I appreciated Kevin's honesty and how forthright he was throughout the process. Kevin was always where he said he would be earlier than we were supposed to be there so we were never waiting on him. He went out of his way to arrange and schedule the open houses to work with our schedule which was hectic at times. I always had the impression that it was important to Kevin to get us in the home we wanted, where we wanted, and when we wanted. He was very involved in the entire process and all lines of communication. There were some bumps in the road but those were overcome. Overall I am happy with the experience. He found me the home that I am in now. I sent him many homes and kept extensive lists of everything's positives and negatives. This home was the best middle ground of all aspects. I probably would not have found it if it wasn't for Kevin and am very thankful for that. Kevin adapted to me as a home buyer. I weigh all options and assess all numbers. He always was in tune with me as a buyer. He learned my buyer profile and adapted to it rather than what other agents sometimes do which is steer you toward what they are looking for. He used his knowledge and meshed it with my needs

Since we were in the Charleston area for only 1 week to look for a house, we had no time to waste. We gave our agent, Kevin Ortega, a list of houses we wanted to see. He scheduled the appointments so that we were able to see all of them in less than 2 days! We decided to have a house built and Kevin was with us from start to finish. Kevin Ortega made us feel like he was finding the perfect home for an old friend. He is knowledgeable of the area and listened to what we were looking for. The man has patience!
