I'm sure I tested it once or twice lol He can always be reached and the rare occasion when he can't he is quick to respond. He will make sure you find the "one" or he'll keep looking! It was very difficult as I was going through a divorce and I had moved out of the area. Kevin Ortega greatly helped me by taking away some of the excess stress.
