I moved to the DC and Northern Virginia Area in 2011 after being in California for almost twenty years. I have a very successful career in Finance and IT specializing in marketing, training, selling and customer service for small businesses to large corporation. With my background, I'm excited to announce that I'll be carrying over these same qualities and principles with Century 21 Redwood Realty. These past years, I've been working very hard with many first time home buyers, and the journey with my clients have been so rewarding. Being able to see that smile on their face when I hand them the key at settlement; there is just no word for it.

Buyer reviewWe found Kevin and his broker via Zillow, his broker had good reviews, so we said let's give him a try. and YES! 5 stars for Kevin Tsan at Century 21 Realty!! Kevin made sure we were comfortable through out the buying process, since we were looking to bid a house worth almost a million. A big purchase for us! He helped us by going through every document in the ratified contract and stayed patient with all of our questions. He negotiated for us to get the most seller credit and brought down the over all price! He is friendly and kind. My husband and I are happy to call him our new friend in Washington DC!

Buyer reviewKevin Tsan really went over the top in assisting me in my purchase. I live in NY and bought the apartment sight unseen, so he did a lot of extras to assist me. He was especially helpful in negotiating the price and looking after my interests. Kevin is very polite and easy to get along with. He lined me up with a great mortgage company, that also work diligently to make everything come together. The sellers were missing keys and remotes and Kevin went out of his way, and probably took money out of his pocket to make sure I got these at closing. I highly recommend him.

Seller reviewKevin handled the sale excellent and in a timely manner. Everything went much more smoothly than I expected. I had to terminate my other contract with MD ReMAX due to lack of professionalism and abuse. Kevin is not perfect, nobody is. But, he is definitely about the bar. I would highly recommend him in the future.
