When the lending company screwed up the paperwork 24 hr's before settlement, Kevin conducted his own research and provided solutions so we could close on time. Overall, it's been a pleasure to work with him. I look forward to hiring Kevin again in the future if/when I either sell or buy a new place.

I couldn't be more happy with this purchase. Within a week after the purchase, he already helped me rent out the place for an amazing price! As I write this, overlooking the Eiffel Tower and enjoy my traveling experiences, my heart is at peace knowing Kevin and his team will be managing my place, and without his help, none of this would be possible. I hope to buy another rental investment soon, and when I do, Kevin will be my first call!

I knew that Kevin would do a good job but what I didn't expect was how quickly he would get the place sold, and how adept he was at recovering from an offer gone bad. At every stage in the sales process Kevin kept me informed and when things needed to be done, he always followed through in a timely manner.
