Buyer reviewKim knew we weren't happy where we were and even though we weren't actively looking for a different home, she called one day and said she found our perfect forever home. She was absolutely correct - she obviously knows us very well! We looked at it that day and put an offer on the home that night. Kim has the perfect combination of being professional and approachable along with showing she genuinely cares for her clients' well being and happiness. Kim exudes an aura of truly enjoying what she does as well which is a trait we see less and less these days! We were out of town when some of the house type issues needed to be dealt with prior to closing and Kim went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Very hands on working with clients. We have such admiration for Kim that we have referred her to several other people and a very good friend of ours. That particular friend has been keeping us apprised of their dealings with Kim and everything has been so positive. They are out of state and feel totally comfortable that Kim has their best interests at heart and will help them find their dream home. We know our friends will have the same fabulous experience that we did because that's just who Kim is!

We had a working relationship with her and felt she would understand what we were looking for when we were ready to buy.
