With the Federal Government, Local Governments, and Military Bases all in the surrounding areas of Northern Virginia, it is not hard to see how corporate and government relocation are a huge part of real estate transactions. To be a part of the relocation program and assist clients from all over the world is very rewarding. I strive to provide my clients with exceptional service and find that most relocation clients are very loyal if they are happy with their services. I started in the real estate business in 1996 working for a local builder in their production department. In 2001 I received my real estate license. In 2005 I received my Real Estate Brokers license. I have been with Century 21 New Millennium since 2009.

Buyer reviewKim Inge is the absolute best. She came highly recommended from a good friend which was a huge factor in me asking her to be our agent. We purchased sight unseen from California, so it was incredibly important for me to have someone I trusted looking at each house for me and also really understand what we were looking for. She was so patient with all of our questions and went above and beyond what we expected from her. Her knowledge of the area and the market is incredible and you instantly feel at ease with her. She was so easy to work with - especially while we were dealing with my husband being deployed and weird time differences. I counted on her heavily to help me really see potential issues in houses- especially as a first time home buyer. She was also a big advocate for us as we were trying to meet all of our deadlines in the process to close- couldn't have gotten there without her. We developed a great working relationship and I have and will continue to highly recommend her to anyone looking in the NoVa area! We will be utilizing her again in the future, of that I have no doubt.
