With the Federal Government, Local Governments, and Military Bases all in the surrounding areas of Northern Virginia, it is not hard to see how corporate and government relocation are a huge part of real estate transactions. To be a part of the relocation program and assist clients from all over the world is very rewarding. I strive to provide my clients with exceptional service and find that most relocation clients are very loyal if they are happy with their services. I started in the real estate business in 1996 working for a local builder in their production department. In 2001 I received my real estate license. In 2005 I received my Real Estate Brokers license. I have been with Century 21 New Millennium since 2009.

Seller reviewI have had the unique opportunity to observe Kim in a professional capacity from multiple perspectives, both as a home sales process colleague working with the same clients to being the actual client. It was that very opportunity to see Kim in action with others which made the decision of having Kim on the job very easy when it was our time. One would be hard pressed to do better than working with Kim.
