To sell your house quickly and for top dollar requires only 2 steps: 1 hire an outstanding realtor 2 follow the advice of that realtor Kristin is, by far, the best realtor we have ever dealt with. Our house sold in less than a week for the full asking price. The settlement went through without any complications. My deepest thanks go out to Kristin Burns and all she did for us.

I am always trying to refer friends and associates to Kristin. She knows the market, and she is realistic about what will sell/not sell/what is a sound price, etc. And she isn't like some realtors who just talk about appearances, she knows about home systems and structure, which is WAY more important than appearance.

The best agent that I have ever worked with, never panics, keeps everyone involved, does what it takes to sell the property and actually did MUCH more than she is responsible for to sell the property. I have bought and sold several properties, and have NEVER met a better realtor! Kristin is professional, calm under pressure, not afraid to call and talk to you about the process, and because I was out of town and unable to be there to handle many of the inspections and repairs, she handled it all for me. Kristin went way over her responsibilities to make sure the house showed well, repairs were taken care of, and had reliable contractors at her disposal to make the estimates and repairs. I would recommend her to anyone!
