Throughout our home buying process, Kristin was supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping us find the home that was just right for us. She gave honest and valuable guidance without ever pushing or influencing our decisions. In the wild 2022 housing market, we would have been completely lost without her. We were prepared for the probability that we might have a number of offers rejected before finally having one accepted simply based on the market at the time. However, Kristin helped us figure out how to make the best possible offer on the home that we fell in love with and our first offer was accepted! We were shocked and delighted. There are many realtors out there, but Kristin is a rare gem with a wealth of knowledge and experience and a warm and engaging personality. The only sad part about our first offer being accepted was that we wanted to spend more time looking for houses with Kristin! But we truly love our home. Kristen is absolutely amazing. This was my first time buying a house and I honestly am so thankful I had her as my guide. Her knowledge of the home buying process absolutely blew my mind and was instrumental in helping find me the perfect home AND getting all my questions answered. For her, no question was dumb and she was able to provide me with extremely thorough yet understandable answers to my questions regarding houses, the housing market, the home buying process, next steps, etc. I want to touch here on a few things that really stuck out to me. One thing that really stuck out to me is how she tended to answer questions I did not even know to ask. For example, how old is the water heater? That is such a simple question I would not have even thought to ask but she made sure to either communicate that information with me, show me where I could find that information or reach out to the selling agent. I also had an offer in on a house with multiple offers which lead to a bit of a difficult situation. She helped me determine next steps and in what ways I could make my offer more attractive. Her suggestions are 100% what ultimately got me the contract and I am so incredibly happy I went with her suggestions. One last thing I want to highlight is her ability to go way above and beyond what I was expecting from a realtor. When I was setting up utilities at my house, I encountered a situation with my electric company in which there was an inspection hold put on the home. I had no idea what to do so naturally, I called Kristen. Not only did she help me figure out the situation, but she called a bunch of government inspection/ government electric departments and helped me figure out what to do. That is what you get when you work with Kristen. Someone who is knowledgeable, has so much valuable insight into homes, housing market and pricing, someone who will stop at nothing to help you get the home you love and help make sure everything is in order once you get that home. Kristen was extremely on top of each of these portions of the home buying process. she was extremely accommodating of my schedule and worked with me to make sure I understood each step in the home buying process. At every step of the way, I know I was extremely cared for and was in the best possible hands. I am really lucky I got to work with her. She made home buying easy and is a model for what a good realtor should be like. I cannot imagine a better realtor out there than her and I am just genuinely so thankful I got to work with her.

Kristin is absolutely amazing at what she does. When we decided to sell our home, my husband said "Do we really even need to hire a realtor?"....wow, did Kristin prove him wrong! Her hard work through the entire process made it very clear to us just how important hiring an expert realtor is, and what a difference it makes! My husband has said over and over again, "I don't know how I thought we could do this without a realtor." Kristin went above and beyond to guide us through each step of the process and make sure we were well equipped to sell our home quickly, and for the best possible price. She communicated effectively, explained everything clearly, and was always available whenever we had questions. It stood out to us how much she listened and valued what was important to us. She helped us navigate some home improvements and repairs, gave advice about paint colors and home staging, but ultimately made sure all decisions were our own. Our open house ran very smoothly due to Kristin's diligence and the hard work of her team. We received TWELVE offers, and Kristin helped us sort through them and evaluate multiple factors to select the best one. She was thorough yet efficient. We were able to accept an offer 4 DAYS after going on the market and stay in our home for the amount of time we needed to without any issues. Selling a home can be a very overwhelming and stressful process, and yes, you DO need a realtor, but you need one who knows their stuff. That's Kristin. Kristin has been our realtor several times. She is what brought us to buy in Brittany which was the best decision we ever made. She really knows the area and helped us a lot. When moving away, we immediately went to her and she certainly helped us get the home ready and sold. She was also a great neighbor to have as she lived right down the road.

We interviewed five real estate agents before choosing to have Kirstin sell our property. We were impressed by her knowledge of the local market, her professionalism, and her attentiveness to our concerns and what we had to say. Many agents are a bit pushy, Kristin listens. We wanted to get the property on the market and get it sold quickly while still getting the top sales price possible. Kristin was able to accomplish all this even though she had to schedule her activities around contractors we had to call in to do some last minute repairs. Our house went on the market on Thursday, Kristen held an open house on Sunday, and she presented us with multiple above asking price offers on Monday. After only five days on the market our home was sold at the highest price ever for a property in our community. Kristen made the closing process easy for us even tough we were 900 miles away at the time. I would most definitely work with Kristin again and I highly recommend her.

Kristin's knowledge and experience kept us out of trouble on a few occasions. She shared information with us about the selling process that provided clarity and facilitated decision making. She was always available, even one night after 10pm when I locked myself out of the house! When I was worried and upset, she was patient and kind and willing to talk me out of the stress. We can't thank Kristin enough for the help she provided with selling our home. She went above and beyond at every turn.
