Selecting an agent who we already knew and who knew us and a bit about our backstory was important. We also knew that Larisa was willing to go the extra mile for her clients when it came to difficulties encountered during the buying or selling process. Because of that prior knowledge, we knew Larisa would not be afraid to let us know if a house or a "must have" item on our list was unrealistic or unattainable. Larisa was extremely mindful of our budget, desired locations, and the must have items on our list. Larisa was fantastic in helping us purchase our first home, despite a lot of delays with closing. Her knowledge made us feel very at ease, especially as first time homebuyers who didn't know exactly what to expect . She also helped us navigate the important items to address after the inspection.
