Seller reviewLarry got us $25,000 more than we imagined for our home, got a cash deal, got us 4 months to remain in our home, rent-free, while we search for another home with the new owner even paying for our water bill during that period, and got them to pay for deck repairs recommended in the home inspection. In addition, I believe we've found some new friends in the couple who purchased our home and they plan on wintering where are moving in Cape Coral, FL. Unbelievable!

Since I decided to move temporarily to a rental home until I decide on my long term plans, he even helped me find the perfect rental, and negotiated and handled all the paperwork for me on that part of the moving process as well.
