He took the time to answer all my questions, was extremely detail orientated, and made himself available any time I needed something. Words can't describe how great it was to work with Larry Bruzzese. He exemplifies all of the descriptions above and handles himself professionally. He made home buying as painless and enjoyable as possible. Overall experience was excellent. Would definitely recommend Larry Bruzzese to friends/family/co-workers/etc. and if I ever need to buy or sell a house again, he would be the first agent I call.

Seller reviewLarry lives in the area so I knew he would know the value of homes nearby. Also he was very prompt in responding initially which didn't happen with the other agent that was contacted. Plus! Plus! This sale went better than we could have hoped for. We got the asking price, the closing went well and Larry went out of his was the answer all of our questions and take care of all the loose ends.

Buyer reviewLarry helped me sell a co-op, a type of housing which can be rather complicated to sell. I have been told some realtors outright refuse to handle them. Nevertheless, he was patient and took the time to understand the process so I didn't have to. When the time came for me to buy a new home, he managed to get me inside of a desired home for 10 plus houses roughly within 24 hours of my texted interest. I'm not sure if I could have seen the homes faster even if I was the realtor. One of his secret assets is his inspector, which averages 3 hours per inspection. After attending 4 of his inspections, I felt like I could start my own inspection business! The 4th one was a charm, and I ended up making a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo my dream home. Never did I feel pressured to settle on any of the homes he showed me. New homes fixer uppers condos coops townhomes you name it. I truly ran the gamut and not even a sigh. He did however, provide some insight on challenges and highlights of each showing while remaining neutral. Truly dedicated to the field.
