Seller reviewLarry is "over the top" responsive. His communication is exceptional! I always felt like I could call, text or email him and he ALWAYS responded. I truly appreciated working with him. I hope he's mentoring up and coming realtors; he can certainly teach them how to be successful!! It wasn't a large brokerage fee, but he worked hard, none the less. I originally reached out to another realtor who supposedly specialized in working with the elderly, but she basically told me "it wasn't worth her time" to sell a mobile home as there was so little money in it for her!! Thank you, Larry!!! NO COMPLAINTS!!!!

Seller reviewLarry Desmond was always accessible by phone and responded quickly to any questions we had. He worked with us selling a location from being outside of the area. He went above and beyond to provide someone from his office to be there when the water was shut off when it was impossible for us to be there. Also, he gave us great leads on carpet, a painter and maintenance when getting the location ready to sell. I would recommend Larry Desmond to anyone in the area especially first time sellers. He made selling easy!
