At the time we did not know Larry (but later remembered we had gone to school together). Larry sold our home in 6 weeks. Seller reviewAfter working with Mr Desmond on a number of properties I realize there's no other realtor as accessible as he is when you need to get in contact with him. No matter the situation, he is always very polite and very respectful and tries to answer your questions as best you can. He also puts a lot into advertising your property on multiple websites and in newspapers. The average realtor just list your property on the MLS and that's it, so if you would like to sell your property quickly I would refer Mr Larry Desmond as the person you need to see.
