We started working with Laura because she was assigned to us through Zillow. We'd never been to Iowa, knew nothing about this area, and were relying on our realtor to help us find the perfect home. Laura went above and beyond helping us get our inspections and estimates. We felt comfortable when we were out of town because we knew we could trust Laura to help us get things done. She is super knowledgeable and was able to answer so many of our questions. Laura was very professional and helpful. She listened to what we said and helped us find what we sought. She also was a delight to work with and a fun human to interact with. She had good restaurant and bar recommendations, so much knowledge about the neighborhoods we visited, and was even friends with people in the neighborhood we bought in! Even though our broker was assigned to us, we got super lucky because she was phenomenal! We would 110% recommend Laura to our friends.

Laura adjusted to be exactly the realtor we needed. She caught on so quickly to the way we do things (efficiently, casually, lots of communication) and we were so grateful for that. She didn't pressure us to look at more houses than we cared to, was immediately ready to put in an offer when we were, communicated with any updates, would check in even if there weren't updates, and always got back to our questions through out the entire process. Laura was an absolute dream to work with.
