Buyer reviewOne aspect of my home purchase that was particularly tricky was that the sellers were selling the property through the estate of a deceased parent. Consequently, the sellers were in another state and had a very different set of expectations based on their understanding of the real estate laws in their state. Once again, Lianne Izenberg's extremely solid bank of experience dealing with situations that are out of the norm helped expedite the process. She knew exactly when to be firm and when to be more conciliatory in negotiating with the sellers and their agent. Lianne's ability to "read' the situation and her experience with what was the right approach took a great deal of the stress off my shoulders. Lianne also helped me by recommending the right real estate lawyer to work with and the right mortgage company. All in all, it was an excellent team.
