I worked initially with Lianne Izenberg prior to meeting her. I finally got the opportunity to meet her when we visited the house to supervise some renovations, though most of them were supervised by Lianne as we were far away. Meeting her that once just solidified my trust in and reliance on her. We worked with her over the course of more than two years between the rental and then the sale. I could not have asked for a more trustworthy or heard looking for resourceful agent. We had used Lianne as a rental agent for our home prior to considering selling. She is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with, and I've been through lots of sales and rentals in my lifetime. We had all kinds of concerns that had to be dealt with before the house could be put ready for rental, and Lianne was efficient and very helpful in connecting us to all of the people needed to get the house ready, while we were living 3000 miles away. When we did decide to sell, there was no question of going with anyone else, as we had every reason to trust her judgment and ability to market/rent/sell the house. She is a terrific communicator and really goes out of her way to be helpful. Lianne had to coordinate getting the renters out of the home, getting the home cleaned up and some repairs done, and had to deal with several unexpected problems in this older house. She then really worked hard to find the right kind of buyers that would want an older home in need of some updating. This is a house that potentially could have been very difficult to sell, and Lianne was up to the challenge. This is the first time I've ever felt that a real estate agent really earned their commission. Lianne earned hers for certain! Great experience overall - a truly responsive, trustworthy, and resourceful agent. This particular house could have been a very difficult sell and we're very fortunate to have had Lianne Izenberg working with us and to sell so quickly and painlessly due to her skill as an agent.
