Linda Caramillo has helped us thrice, now - The selling of a home in 2006, the purchase of a home in 2016, and the selling of this home in 2021. Linda has been phenomenal in all occurrences and aspects. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and accommodating! Could not recommend her more highly, nor would we ever consider another agent. Linda is a joy and ease to work with. Truly is excellent in all aspects. Not entirely sure how Linda advertised our home, but it sold (at the asking price) in less than week! She was, again, phenomenal in her approach and results! PS - Rather liked not having/needing a yard sign. Just great.

It was a pleasure to work with Linda Caramillo. She knew the neighborhood where I lived as she owned property in the area and her daughter lived there. While 2020 was a crazy year, property sales were an interesting experience as my home sold within 24 hours of being listed thanks to Linda's professionalism, knowledge and negotiating skills making the move to my new home all the more easy.

Linda was absolutely incredible. Very patient with us and found us a lot of great properties and eventually our home. She did all of the dirty work and was very reliable and honest and really down to earth. We were first time home buyers and she really helped us out every time we asked.
