I would use her again and I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. It is obvious that she has many years of experience and guided me through the process very smoothly. She let me know exactly what I needed to do and the time frame it needed to be done in. This made my steps much smoother and allowed me to ask questions along the way to make sure I understood. She even rescheduled an appointment, she had, to make sure she was at my closing with me, after it was delayed, and the date / time changed. I really appreciated that! She really made me feel like she cared about me and my home purchase and not like this was just a job to her. Ms. Caramillo, you have 5 stars and 2 thumbs up from me!
