It turned out that Linda was a great fit for us. We needed someone to provide honest feedback and not trying to sell us a house to make a deal. We are from Virginia and we relied on Linda to do a lot of the legwork in helping us find the house - our second home. In fact, we met her once and spent a day with her looking at houses. After that, she quickly knew what my wife and I wanted and worked with us to find a property online. We relied on her to view the house and give us the details on the phone. We did everything remotely from Virginia. I identified two houses that she respectfully recommended those houses would not make us happy after she personally looked at the houses herself.
