Seller reviewTestimonial for Linda Williams She is great!!!!! this was an estate sale so new for her and for me. i was the executor. Could not have done this without Linda She saved my sanity when i was in tears and didn't know what to do was always available to answer questions sometimes answering the same question more than once as times i was in a fog. I felt we were partners in this sale, She gave it her all Linda went above and beyond in handling the sale, I really believe other agents would have quit on me. This was a difficult sale but Linda stayed with it. Have already recommended Linda to friends and they are using her.

She was calm in a crisis and knew what action steps would keep the momentum moving. She was considerate, and provided me with the information to make good decisions. She always kept me informed as to what was happening! I was impressed with the research she did prior to informing me and making recommendations of options available. I witnessed her handling 3 properties in 2 years. For each sale, Linda was professional, personable, and highly effective! Linda did an amazing job! I highly recommend her!!! If I could have used her to purchase my home in PA I would have. She is second to none and I couldn't say enough about how good she is at her job. Every other realtor I've had since has been nothing but a let down after the Linda Williams experience, that's how high the bar was set by Linda. She's phenomenal! Communication, knowledge, skill, personality. She brings it all and makes the home buying and selling experience enjoyable and stress free.
