Linda expertly guided us through how to establish a reasonable asking price, how and when to put the house on the market, and what to do to present the house to its best advantage. Whenever we had questions, Linda was always available with good advice and support throughout the process. We appreciated her careful explanations of whatever the next step would be and her expert negotiations on our behalf. When it was difficult to fit a "closing" into our busy schedules, Linda arranged with Century 21 Millennium to have representatives meet with us at our workplace during our lunch break! Linda Williams immediately became like one of our family! She gave great advice and thorough explanations about what she felt would work best. When we had a short deadline to vacate the house, she even came and personally helped with packing! She far exceeded our expectations of what a real estate agent should do!

Seller reviewLinda is so thorough we literally thought she had served in the military. Her communication skills and the fact that she is prompt with everything. I honestly wouldn't want to work with another realtor in my life. Linda is definitely an A-1 realtor as well as one of the nicest people my husband and I could've ever met. From the business aspect she is very competent and very informative. With each step she kept us in the loop and made sure we were given enough time to decide. We pretty much were like if Linda says it just do it because she knows what she's doing and we are in good hands.

Highly recommend her. She was always there whenever I called, texted or emailed with any questions or concerns. She was as on top of everything. I am sure she had other clients but it she made me feel I was her only one. I had already moved to Florida during this process. Highly recommend her! As before, Linda was fantastic. I only put 2 to 4 weeks we took off market for one week to do painting etc. went back on market and was sold same day. So only about 10 days. Linda Williams is fantastic. Thank you for helping me through this process
