I'm not sure I can put into words what an invaluable asset it was to have Lisa as our agent. We interviewed 3 agents. One agent was heading to the airport and asked if we could do a phone interview. Another agent was late and asked her parents to come ahead of her. They owned the agency. They didn't know we had already been researching comps and said we could get $40,000 more than our research was telling us. Then we met Lisa. Her professional approach and realistic comps for our particular unit was close to our research. And yes, that was important but it was more the ease she had with us and we with her. We knew she would be good to work with. We knew a long distance sale would have been virtually impossible without what Lisa brought to the table...it was the cookies!
