Hello my name is Lorel Koplin. I moved here from Northern Illinois 7 years ago with my husband. I have 4 beautiful children and 1 beautiful grand-daughter. Being a person who enjoys fishing, golfing, and other outdoor activities, what better place to settle down than the beautiful lakes, rivers and country views in our area. Since I've been here, I have become involved in my community. I became a volunteer EMR first responder for Gamaliel Fire Department and also joined the Auxiliary to help with fund raising for the fire department so we can have newer equipment. I also have been involved with our local MLS board with community activities for around 6 years.
As you can see, I enjoy helping people whether it's saving a life, or helping people find happiness in home or property they purchase or sell.

Seller reviewi sold the house for an Uncle that lived there. She was very instrumental in every aspect in helping with this sell as I basically knew nothing about selling a house.. i would recommend her in a heart beat. i suppose i can't say i would use service again as I live out of town and will not be moving there. Because I am 200 miles away, i am not aware of the advertising aspect. All I can say I was quite pleased with everything. Lorel did a great job for us.

Seller reviewLorel had sold other properties in the neighborhood. She had familiarity with the neighborhood. The Mountain Home real estate market is peculiar. Lorel was helpful in providing insight and counsel. Lorel was particularly helpful in taking care of sale-related chores that we could not easily attend to because we, as sellers, were out-of-town. This was invaluable support. The extraordinarily active nature of the market made aggressive marketing a moot point. Nonetheless, Lorel was very helpful in keeping us appraised of information we needed to know.
