Hello my name is Lorel Koplin. I moved here from Northern Illinois 7 years ago with my husband. I have 4 beautiful children and 1 beautiful grand-daughter. Being a person who enjoys fishing, golfing, and other outdoor activities, what better place to settle down than the beautiful lakes, rivers and country views in our area. Since I've been here, I have become involved in my community. I became a volunteer EMR first responder for Gamaliel Fire Department and also joined the Auxiliary to help with fund raising for the fire department so we can have newer equipment. I also have been involved with our local MLS board with community activities for around 6 years.
As you can see, I enjoy helping people whether it's saving a life, or helping people find happiness in home or property they purchase or sell.

Buyer reviewI had emailed a few different brokers about properties. Lorel was the only one to respond to me personally with some ideas. That was important to me and if I consider a move in the future I would want her as my agent. Lorel made me feel like I was looking at houses with a friend, not an agent. As a first time home buyer I was understandably nervous but Lorel put me at ease. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Seller reviewMy experience with Lorel Koplin would have to be rated A-1. She always kept in touch with me regarding clients who visited the house and gave me any feedback. She also did several open houses for me which she said did not usually work out too well in Arkansas. She was right, but she did them anyway because I asked her to get my house sold as quickly as possible. I would recommend her to my friends.

Seller reviewLorel went the extra mile and took a personal interest in our property and looking out for our interests. She properly advised us on what did and did not need to be done and found a very professional and reasonable person to fix whatever was needed, part of going that extra mile. She constantly kept us informed and looked out for our interests while we were away. She even deposited our proceeds from the sale into our bank account within minutes after the closing. My wife chose Lorel and is thrilled with the results.

She worked around our crazy schedules completely and was always timely. Never once did I feel rushed or pushed into anything! I felt I could trust her 100%! We never doubted for a minute that she had our best interest in mind at all times. She definitely exceeded our expectations and in a very short time we were able to purchase our perfect home!
