Luci worked tirelessly to set reasonable expectations from the beginning, entering into a difficult situation all the way through to the end when she worked with contractors and even supervised their work when I couldn't be there. She went beyond expectations despite the long time it took and strong personalities involved. Luci worked to acknowledge the difficulties while presenting facts of the sale and offering solutions to achieve the goal of selling for the highest possible price. Luci has a high degree of professionalism while being able to empathize with the humanistic realities of home selling.

Luci took the time from her schedule to talk to my wife and I on the phone about the process and getting the offer approved. She also made sure the cracked windows were covered in the builder's warranty. She really went above and beyond to make sure we were updated along the whole process, and made sure the sellers were getting all of the projects done before closing. Luci really understood what we were looking for, and was extremely accessible. I would highly recommend her. Luci was on top of everything from the beginning all the way through closing. As a first time home owner, I couldn't have asked for a better realtor!

I was in a state of panic when deciding to sell my two failing investment properties over 8 months ago and looking for a realtor. I felt I was in good hands with Luci from my first call with her. She stuck with me the whole time and was a calming voice during the whole process of selling my properties. She also helped me deal with the problems I had with my property managers and contractors that fixed up repairs before selling.
