Buyer reviewI would highly recommend Luci Chalian for anyone needing to purchase a home. Luci initially focused on understanding all of my wants and needs. She then directed me to homes that she felt best suited me. When my expectations didn't match my budget she very effectively explained the need to prioritize what I wanted to spend my money on. For me her strongest characteristic was having a sense of humor about all of this. It was never a grind, instead I very much looked forward to her calls and visits to homes because the experience was so pleasant. I'm very grateful for her time and will be sure to recommend her to friends and family. Thank you.

Her knowledge about the market helped us place the right bid on a house that we loved, one that we were able to close on within a tight time frame, with little worry on our part.
