Seller reviewFrom our initial telephone conversation, I was confident that Lydia was my choice in agents. We probably talk for an hour... she wanted to know all about us, and in particular, our home. We clicked. She came very well prepared to our initial on-site meeting and I was impressed with the amount of homework she had done in preparation for this meeting, including driving the neighborhood and surrounding areas. She went to great depths to discover the unique upgrades and features of our home and genuinely made us feel the sale of our home was as important to her as is was to us. We quickly received multiple offers and were very pleased with the outcome of our sale.

Not only does she have great attention to detail and walk you through the entire home search and purchase process; Lydia is also an expert when it comes to the administrative activities such as disclosures, agreements, offers, and closing. Lydia's knowledge surpasses that of other realtors that have worked with me. Lydia is truly a champion realtor! My timeline to purchase a home was tight, and very quickly Lydia put together an all-inclusive list of homes to view. We set out over the course of a weekend to review all houses. Lydia's input was appropriate and timely while allowing me the time and space to think about which houses I liked. What most impressed me about Lydia was that she was there from the very start of the process all the way through closing. The end result was within a month I found and purchased a house that I absolutely love.

Buyer reviewWe met Lydia when she was acting as the realtor for a different house we wanted to put an offer on. I enjoyed working with her, she is responsive and friendly, and I wanted to continue using her as our realtor when we found another home that we were interested. I am glad we continued working with her. I feel like she really helped us a lot not only with realtor driven items, but also helping tremendously with our mortgage/lender requirements because they were not being very informative - so Lydia picked up the slack for them. Lydia was very communicative and made me aware any time there was a document or other item outstanding that needed my attention which I really appreciated since this is the first time I have needed to use a realtor. She also was available to help me understand different loan terms and document flow, etc. Lydia was very straightforward with us and I never had a concern that she was holding back information from me which was something I was concerned about so I really appreciated how transparent she made everything for us. Lydia was great!

Being San Antonio transplants, Lydia's knowledge and understanding of the nuiances of the many different neighborhoods in town greatly helped us narrow down potential homes in what could seem like an overwhelming housing market. She incredibly understood what we wanted in a home, probably more than we did ourselves, and as a result, we are now the happiest first time buyers with a home that is perfect for us without compromising my husband and my's very diverse taste in style. Not only was Lydia's professionalism a constant theme throughout the entire homebuying process, we sincerely feel that we have now made a very dear friend in this new city that will be our home. Buyer reviewLydia was very thorough, incredibly detailed and completely available to answer the myriad of questions we had about the home and knew the process inside out. Lydia essentially held our hands through the entire process. On closing, she went through the documents with us and corrected a handful of mistakes and oversights that would have otherwise been to our detriment. Additionally, during negotiations, she fought for us and recommended to us the best way to approach offer and counteroffer. During the inspection process, she also took many details into consideration that we otherwise would have overlooked. She was as much a real estate agent as she was our advocate. Lastly, I wanted to comment on Lydia on a more personal note. She is very sweet, friendly and always approachable. Even after the sale, and because she knows the neighborhood so well, she continues to make herself available to answer any questions we have. If and when we are ready to buy or sell another property, we would without question enlist Lydia to represent us again and would highly recommend her to friends and family.
