We do not live in San Antonio currently, so relied heavily on the use of online searching to assist in locating the best real estate brokers in the market. We found Lydia through extensive research and based our immediate decision to reach out to her given her incredible reviews and apparent track record. We set several appointments to meet with potential brokers in the San Antonio area, with Lydia being our first meeting. Let's just say we were blown away with her level of engagement and her ability to immediately connect with us. We left Century 21 knowing that Lydia was the one for us. So happy with her and everything she did for us!! Marketing of the property was impeccable. The home was on every single site and was quickly snagged off the market with immediate viewings and an offer at asking price within only a few days. Absolutely incredible!! If Lydia ever ventures into the Austin market she will hands down be our realtor of choice. As first time buyers and moving from out of state with a tight timeline to find a home we were a little stressed. Meeting Lydia for the first time she was extremely welcoming and inviting, she assured us that we would find a home we loved (and we did) within the two days we were in town. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions without doubt or hesitation. Our experience with Lydia was a breeze and I would do it all over again! I highly recommend Lydia. She's friendly, professional and easy to work with. I really appreciated her quick responses to our questions and our concerns.
