Seller reviewLynda was so easy to deal with and she knew my needs as well as she had an excellent understanding of a bad market Lynda dealt very professionally with what turned out to be a difficult buyer. She continued to encourage me that the sale would go through, we just didn't know when. She managed to take over for the other agent in her absence and still maintained a very professional manner when having exchanges with the buyer. Lynda has the type personality to endure most any circumstance. She just seems to glide easily through difficult situations, although mine, tested her to the limits. I have known Lynda for many years and besides being friends, I would tell anyone in Pine Bluff who wants to sell a house, CALL LYNDA

Seller reviewSelling of our home had interesting characteristics, and Lynda was the important link of each situation completing without a hitch. Our home was rural, a mobile, and we recently relocated out of State. Lynda's professionalism, honesty, and ease to talk with (like a friend) helped navigate many unknowns. In a market that can take up to two years to sell, we sold our home at our profit price point and received two offers within one week. We were closed within two months. Thankful we had Lynda as our selling agent!

Seller reviewLynda Pickler was a friend so we did not hesitate to call her when we decided to sell our home. She was very helpful in telling us how to "stage" the areas. She was , also, very open to our suggestions, too. There was a bit of frustration involving the sale, but Lynda had absolutely nothing to do with that. In fact, she was as frustrated as we were with some of the things that transpired. Since we moved to NWA I doubt that we will ever need Lynda again, but we definitely would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Lynda Pickler definitely deserves accolades for her expertise in selling real estate.
