Seller reviewLynda did an excellent job helping me sell my home. First she told me things I needed to do before putting it on the market. Next she worked with me to set a price for my home based on other houses close to me. After that she took pictures that showed my home very well. Within two weeks she called with an offer on my home and helped me with advice on dealing with the offer. She kept me informed as the next steps unfolded and then was there with me at the closing. Lynda is a person that makes you feel comfortable and in competent in her job. I have referred her to friends when they needed to sell their home.

After Lynda toured our home of 17 years, we sat at our kitchen table and she patiently when over the process, numbers and other details. I interviewed two realtors from two different agencies but this thoughtfulness is why we chose Lynda.

She treated this property as if it were and million dollar home and, that her commission, was based on that as well! She answered or returned every phone call promptly! This was a sad time for my husband and his brothers, to part with their childhood home, but the experience off set it and replaced it with a joyous one!
