Seller reviewMadeline Stiles is the perfect example of a well qualified real estate agent. In all our dealings her knowledge of the local market was excellent. She stayed in touch with me quite regularly. She was always friendly and polite while being helpful, upbeat and honest. Madeline is an extremely intelligent professional, and Century 21 Beal is lucky to have her as an employee. I would consider her to be in the exceeds expectations category on any list of characteristics a real estate business might devise. Shortly before my closing was scheduled to take place I developed a serious leg infection and was in the hospital for nine days. Madeline stayed in close touch with me and my wife and took care of several loose ends that needed to be addressed in order for all requirements to be met. So in addition to being a wonderful agent, Madeline revealed to us her characteristics as a caring human being. In the future I will recommend Madeline to everyone I know who is going to buy or sell real estate.
