Buyer reviewMadeline not only made the real estate transaction on her side smooth but helped me with valuable advice on the sale of my home. Madeline made me feel at ease during the entire time I was looking for my new home. I knew I was in good hands with her guiding me. She provided me with information concerning utilities and internet so I could set things up before I began the move over from the town I was living. Anything she could do to help she did without hesitation. I can't say enough good things about her.

I am sure that there are times when you see "excellent" reviews across the board, that there could be a tendency to feel that it isn't accurate. Please be assured that it is not the case with Madeline Stiles' performance review. Her attention to detail, knowledge, professionalism, follow-through are superior!! She is top notch!! I cannot say enough. If there was a category higher than "Excellent"... that is how I would rate Madeline across the board. Not much more to say.

She took our call one morning and within an hour, met us for showings and answered a number of questions that had gone unanswered by our previous agent. We were especially impressed with Madeline's extensive knowledge of the city, the real estate market and the manner in which she communicated with us throughout the entire process. She was truly an asset to us and were were able to relax knowing that she had our best interests in mind. Madeline has a calm, professional presence that is very helpful during what can be a stressful process. We are happy to have met her and are very grateful for the time and work she put into making sure that our real estate transaction was as smooth as possible. She will absolutely be our sole realtor for any other real estate transactions for as long as we live in the Brazos Valley.
