In the 15 years Marcia has listed my properties for rent between tenants, it has not sat unrented for more than 15 days, which is phenomenal. She has definitely demonstrated using her skills and knowledge and returned positive results. The property that she recently listed for sale sold in 2 days and closed in about a month.
