She had the sign up with flyers a few days later! She marketed our home so well and took excellent pictures, we had tons of showings starting the very first day it went on the market! We had special closing needs to close several months later, which would be a challenge for any agent to take on, and she sold our home in 41 days with the exact closing date we needed, and for the exact price we wanted! She fought hard through the negotiations with only our best interest in mind and as a result, we got everything we wanted without sacrifice.
