When I was begunning to look for homes and in the market to purchase my first home, I was of off-the-bat nervous because of horror stories I had heard about purchasing a home from friends.. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me. Marcie negotiated better than I had seen on any tv program and was always on my side. She knew what was fair and single-handledly scored a winning touchdown on my behalf. I will absolutely be calling Marcie when the time comes to move out of my first home and purchase another.
